07.11.2014 RESEARCH: FILM OPENING INITIAL IDEAS

• My group consists of Demi Collins, Agatha Parry, Sophie Bennett and I. 
• Genre: Crime, Horror, Detective
• Main story line to be based on a missing girl and the opening stages of her investigation to find her. 
• Possibly using locations such as Agatha's basement of her house, Demi's road and areas of Agatha's house such as her hallway. 
• Possibly using sound effects such as heavy breathing, slamming of doors, creaking floor boards to create enigma and suspense.
• Using dark lighting and shadowing to create a sense of questioning and suspense - suitable for our chosen genre. 
• Possible Cast: missing girl, suspected killer, news presenter, voice of an emergency service worker on the phone.
• Using dark make-up on missing girl such as dark, purple toned lipstick to use on lips and to create bruising on face and body. 
• Using inspiration from Amber Alert Warning in the United States of America. This is used when a child abduction has taken place, warning people by sending an alert message to all mobile phones in the state. Amber Alert Warning was started when Amber Rene Hagerman was riding her bike on January 13th 1996. The original alert was started to find Amber, hence the name the alert system was given. It has been used ever since.
